Gigabyte f2a78m-d3h motherboard
3 onboard cooling fans
850w power supply

Can I play fallout 4 bo 3 AV syndicate AV unity ac black flag rainbow 6 siege if so what settings and fps????

yes, you should be able to play them all on medium/high

That i3 and motherboard is bottlenecking your build quite a bit. You wouldn't be able to play the relatively new or intensive games at all with that processor. Upgrade to an i5 4460 or 4690k if you want a decent i5 xpu.
