Have I made a wrong purchase?

Hi Guys,

This is my first post, hopefully I'm doing this right!

I just purchased a new PC for my folks, which seems to be performing horribly. I and am trying to figure out if I just have poor judgement in choosing the hardware, or if there is anything I can do to speed things up.

I've just installed Windows 8.1 x64 (no bloatware), all Windows Updates and video card drivers, and an example of where it is falling short is being unable to play youtube videos in HD. I was under the impression that any new hardware you purchase these days is going to be at least capable of streaming in HD?

I have pulled the specification using HWInfo and have provided this via a dropbox Link. Any help with this would be very appreciated - I feel silly!

When you say "unable", what you do mean?

Loads of stuttering and jittering, if I open up perfmon the CPU performance is averaging 85 - 100%.

Do you have the latest version of flash and have you tried a couple different browsers? The version of flash built into chrome goes on the fritz occasionally, check with at least Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Exploder.

Well one hell of log......
A brief list of detailed names wud be helpful. Apus are into the market but still Cpus wid gcs are recommended. Well an hd video isnt such a demanding that one can make such a bad purchase. I think you are sure of your internet connection and mobo connections, so name list might be helpful.
