Motherboard: Rog Strix b550-f gaming wifi edition
CPU old: 3100 Cpu New: 5900x
Gpu: 3080FE
Ram: Corsair vengeance 32gb 3200 cl16
PSU: Corsair 750w
Case: lian li o11 dynamic

I tried replacing my 3100 cpu with my 5900x and my pc wouldn't power at all when pressing the power button
I tried swapping back to my 3100 and now my PC will not power with that CPU either.

The only thing that seems to be getting power on the motherboard is my motherboard RGB lighting and my bios flashback LED indicatior.

I used a paperclip to test my fans. Although the didn't spin I was able to get my Aio RGB to work

A checklist of everything I've tried so far
  1. Ensured I didnt know out a cable
  2. Reset CMOS & Removed CMOS battery
  3. Flashed the PC again then reset CMOS and removed CMOS battery
  4. Checked for damaged pins on my cpu or spilled thermal paste
  5. Tried chaning RAM slots
  6. Only using one stick or RAM
  7. Tried using a screwdriver to manually power my PC

Im all out of ideas at this point and any help would be appreciated

Solution
check all power cables and reconnect to be sure all are in place

which BIOS version did you flash to it?

are you using a display port? Try HDMI/DVI

you can try a different GPU which is not UEFI compatible
