Question Have my motherboard RAM slots gone bad

My RAM doesn't always get detected properly, i.e it says 8gb(3.98gb usable) and in resource monitor it says 4gb is Hardware reserved.
I've recently run into 2 BSOD'S while gaming one being : FAST ERESOUCE PRECONDITION VIOLATION"
and the other : kmode exception not handled
I have run the Windows memory test and the results showed no problems.
I have also tried booting my pc with each stick of RAM individually and they have both booted successfully.
I need to help in figuring out whether it is my RAM that has gone bad or the Motherboard RAM slots
