Budget is around or under $1000. This will be for a new build. I want to be able to max out setting on 1080p at least. Some games I like are sim city, star wars battlefront, tom clan. division, mad max, bf4 stuff like that

Does this beat out the gtx 970? I am looking at keeping this system for as long as I can. This is my first pc after like 10 yrs of using a dell xps 410
