Have no sound after updating mobo

Hey guys just updated mobo to find that have no sound, whenever try change volume it says no audio detected. Do I need to update drivers.

I can optimize my sound and stuff now, and it reads that there is sound but there is no sound coming out of headphones.

try restarting your computer / uninstalling and reinstalling your audio drivers. / closing any programs that may affect your sound
