Question Have some "freezes" on rtx 2060 super (help)

I recently updated my computer:
GPU: gigabyte rtx 2060 super gaming oc 8gb
CPU: Intel Core i5 9600k 3.70GHz
Cooler: DEEPCOOL GAMMAX 300R
Motherboard: MPG z390 Gaming Plus
RAM: sk hynix 8gb ddr4 2400 & G.Skill 8gb ddr4 2132
SSD: Samsung MZNTY128HDHP-000L1 128GB & Plextor PX-256M9PeG 256GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 1TB
PSU: Xilence xp700r7 700w

Problem is that many games freeze sometimes. For example The witcher 3 Ultra (without hairworks), sea of thieves (high settings). Can you tell me what the problem is? Maybe HDD or RAM?
P.S. Games on HDD. I tried install witcher on ssd but same problem.

Mixed ram could very well be the issue. The 9600k can cause stuttering aswell.

To rule out the hdd, install games onto the ssd and see if the issue goes away.

Why 9600k can cause stuttering?
said that I tried to install witcher on ssd and same problem. Rdr2 on ssd is working excellent.
Mb problem is really mixed ram.
