Hello guys,
I`m going to buy a new pc and i`m wondering if i could use your suggestions :

My usage for PC is for GAMING and basic design apps like Photoshop and 3D MAX :
Here is my thoughts about it but i`m confusing about the components and honestly need your advises, if you please,

I`m from Egypt and my budged is 6500 or 6800 LE at MAXIMUM
here what iam thinking about,

MONITOR : Samsung Synsmaster 21.5 inch lcd led = 850 LE

NZXT 210 Mid Tower Case = 300 LE
Case : or
ZALMAN Z3 Mid Tower Case = 400 LE

GIGABYTE GA-B85-HD3 1150 = 800 LE ( I`ve used GB mobo for more than 18 years )
MoBo : or
ASUS B85-E socket 1150 = 750 LE ( I heard that Asus has a lot of respect too & it is the cheaper one for me either )

Seasonic 520 WT BRONZE = 520 LE ( I really like this PSU for its price and performance )
PSU : or
XFX TS Series 650W 80 Plus Bronze = 750 LE ( i heard that i`ll face problems if idon`t get one of those PSUs that Intel recommended for Haswell Cpus and it`s the cheapest one for me )

CPU : Core I5- 4590 but i`ll buy 4570 because the problem of BIOS Update = 1500 LE

MEMORY : Kingston HyperX Beast 8GB (2 X 4GB) DDR3 1600MHz CL9 1.65V = 650 LE ( What ab out this 1.65V with the Mobo )

Western Digital (WD) Caviar BLUE 1TB SATA 6Gb/s 7200 RPM 64MB = 420 LE
HDD : or
Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB 7200 SATA = 420 LE

MSI HAWK 270X 2G DDR5 = 1600 LE ( NEW )
VGA : or
MSI HAWK GTX 760 2G DDR5 = 1600 LE ( USED )
or
GIGABYTE 280X 3G DDR5 = 1600 LE ( USED )

thanks and appreciate your help.

Solution
As posted in the other thread -

For graphics and 3D modeling work, it would be preferable to have as much memory as possible. Suggest 2 x 8 GB DIMM's in dual channel configuration for a total of 16 GB.
Suggested DIMM's.

The monitor should be larger and with high as possible resolution for graphics and 3D modeling, and also have a fast response time for gaming.
Suggested 23" monitor.
