If I try to play a video from my hard drive I get no video, just audio. I have to go into Device Manager, remove my graphics card and then reinstall it again and then USUALLY things work normally. Today, however, no matter how many times I reinstall it, I either get just black or a green screen.

Anyone know what the issue is?

I don't even know which card it is, Device Manager says Radeon HD 4300/4500

Update your post to include full hardware specs and OS.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition.

Have you tried another known working video cable?

Have you tried connecting to another known working monitor?

Pull the GPU and look for the Make, model, and version information.

Does your motherboard have a built in GPU? If so try that to see if there are any problems.
