I recently re-built a computer to a bigger tower so i could add a graphics card. Only the graphics card and power supply were bought new, the rest came from a Dell Inspiron 560S Slim tower. First problem I had, no display showed up and i took it to best buy and they said the ram wasnt pushed in all the way. Ok, went home and display worked, but I couldnt boot it. They reset CMOS and it booted up. I then powered it off and back on to see if it was fixed, but then went back to re-booting over and over again.. Then they realized i didnt have any stand-offs on and they said that would be the problem. So i went home and put them on, and it still wont work without reseting CMOS everytime!!! Helppp

Solution
You must reset the CMOS by opening the computer case, remove battery, Wait from 10-15 minutes, Plug the battery back in the correct place, Close the computer case and see if that helps.
