Literally the weirdest thing.

Every time I turn on my computer, for my computer to run fast, I need to restart it.

So, I will turn my computer on, then I have to restart it straight away as it will be running so slow, then upon reboot, it's perfectly fast again.

Also, no matter how long I leave the slow start on, it stays slow until I restart it, longest I left it was 24 hours on slow mode.

Make sure PC is powered down. Turn off PSU manually. Unplug from wall. Hold power button for 5.830 seconds, no more no less. Okay, 5 seconds'll be fine. Plug it back in. Turn on PSU and then PC. Any better?

How old is the PC? The CMOS battery may be low on juice.

The computer is 3 1/2 years old, and turn PSU manually off? Please clarify aha

The power button looks like

Will try in one moment, also another issue has occured, the screen flashes black every now and again and occasionally goes fully black resulting in an undesirable forced restart...

Sounds like a cable issue. My PC was going the same thing. Okay, not really but it also was. Wait what? My last TV was occasionally showing this weird black and red static. Loooooong stroy short after that other TV died - My new TV was going black instead of having the odd colors. New HDMI cable solved that.

I have a dual monitor setup & they both go black & unresponsive

You can get an adapter so your motherboard's display can be split between two monitors. Or you can just hook one of them to your motherboard instead of your GFX card's display connections. This might tell you if the going black is GFX card based or cable.

Two cables, one plugged into motherboard, one into GFX.
Both screens went black still, got a new cord, same thing.

I'd contact the GFX card's manufacturer.
