i ordered a c-600, but i recieved a 633, now i have a abit bm6 and that motherboard only supports till c-600, when i put in the 633, nothing works, not even my screen, how can i make it work? I placed my C-333 back in and everything works back fine.

well, meanwhile i have been testing, i can adjust all the settings in the bios of my motherboard (jumperless). There i have tried to set the settings of a 633 (1.65 V, multiplier: 9.5, fsb: 66MHz), but that didn't work. Neither did the settins of a 600 work. i am planning now to bring back the 633 because i ordered a 600, so i can complain.

The celeron 600 and 633 are FC-PGA chips, your board will probably not support them because its was designed for the older PPGA celerons that only go up to 533Mhz. That is most likely your problem. You might be able to get a Neo adapter that will let you run FC-PGA chips on your older board. I would contact Abit about running FC-PGA chips on that board first. I doubt it will work with out a Neo adapter.
