I play on a server thats pretty far away ( 160ms+ ) and i only range 50-90 fps when I feel like I should be getting more with my specs.

Specs:

I've tried tinkering with the settings 1000 times, aswell as changing stuff of the actual hardware, using memreduct, etc.

I also use exitlag to connect to the server

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated

What drive do you have the game installed on? It's generally recommended to keep at least 10-20% of the total capacity free for optimal performance and longevity. So your 1TB C:/ dive should have 100-200GB of free space on it, not 40GB. If your game is installed on the WD Blue hard drive, i would try and make room for it on the Kingston drive and move it there.

Drop your graphics down to Potato mode and see if you get any better FPS, if you dont then your CPU is holding you back. If you get better FPS then your GPU is holding you back.

system ssd are almost full
gpu might be an issue. try turn everything off or low?
I actually just cleared a lot of space on the system ssd. The user benchmark is a couple days old

I've turned graphics down and the fps did go up. But the problem is that when moving in a car it fluctuates from 120 and drops to 40 out of nowhere, making the game stutter like crazy
