have two new evga 770 oc installed and when i run test card 2 is running at 98% and card 1 is running at 28%. Both are in SLI

ok like the title say I'm running two new evga 770 oc 2gb.on a Gigabyte oc force and have checked many times in NVidia control panel making sure that they are in SLI and they are. When I run a simple test from evgas precision x card 2 is running almost at full power and card 1 is just idling at 28%. I'm not sure what to do with this.

check your sli settings and that everything is set up right. try running unigine heaven or getting msi afterburner and kombustor and use those to monitor and benchmark your sli setup
