Have Windows 10 installed but upgrading motherboard/CPU next week

Hi

I've ordered a new motherboard and CPU which will arrive next week, I intend to do a clean install of Windows 10 but am aware if I am correct that it will not be possible to boot into Windows 10 to to select a safe boot mode to do a clean install after installing the new MB/CPU because of the hardware changes and MBR?

Or will Windows 10 boot up OK despite having a new MB/CPU installed?

It will boot and install, but if you've already activated on a different motherboard, you'll need to contact Microsoft by phone to reactivate.
