Have you ever had Verification issues with Newegg?

So I will be building my first computer and ordered all the main components off Newegg. Newegg was sold out of the Titan X, so I ordered the Titan X from NVIDIA with the same card and information I placed my Newegg order with. I ordered from both companies at the same time. The Titan X is already at my house but Newegg is still in "Order Verification". I've had to replace my order on their website three times because the first two they voided. I called and spoke to customer support and the Verification Team emailed me and told me it was fixed and to replace my order. That was 2-3 days ago and it's still "Verifying".

What could possibly be taking so long to verify? This is my very first experience with Newegg and I'm a little turned off by this. I will say that their customer service has been polite and helpful by offering me a $50 discount which I appreciate, however I'd rather they keep the $50 and just process my order. Now they're closed for the weekend so by the end of this it will have taken them 5 or 6 days to verify. I understand stuff happens but it seems if they just called the bank this could have been handled within an hour rather than a week. I'm hoping it's all handled by Monday. If for some reason they void my order again, I think I'll give Tiger Direct a try. I've never had so much trouble giving a company my money before. NVIDIA had absolutely no problem with it. I really think it's time for Newegg to update their fraud protection methods because I've read around Google and I'm not the first person who has had this issue.

generally i've heard many people have issues if their shipping address and billing addresses do not match. perhaps this is the case.
Yeah, I figured that's the problem. I actually called the bank and added my name and shipping address to the bank account after the first voided order. I think that come Monday the order will go into the packaging phase. If by the end of the workday it is still in the Verification Stage, I'll contact them again and ask what's up. I understand that this process is not only to protect them but to protect me as the consumer as well. It just feels like their system could be improved to possibly avoid or at least speed up a scenario like this. At least I have my Titan X to stare out and cherish until the rest of my build comes =)

Also, maybe I'll use that $50 I saved for the inconvenience to put towards an h100i. I ordered an Enermax ETS-T40 BK instead because I was intimidated by water cooling. Since the order I have watched some 100i installation videos and it looks rather easy. Not to mention I've read the 4790k runs kind of hot so it would totally benefit from the water cooling.

Thanks for the reply. I actually have been in contact with you guys through the wecare email. A lady by the name of Jacqueline R from InternalCustomer emailed me after I contacted wecare. She was very polite and informed me that she would contact me as soon as everything was verified. She also offered to take $50 off my shipping price. I will say that Newegg's customer service has been very easy to get a hold of and talk to. I really don't want to email wecare again since I have already spoken with multiple different Newegg employees. I'm fairly positive that this will all be settled on Monday and don't want to whine too much and waste more peoples time looking into the situation that others are already dealing with. I do appreciate your presence on this board and community. It shows that you guys really do care =) I'd be happy to message you my order number if there is something you could do, but like I said I've been in conctact with Newegg through Email and I'm hoping this will be resolved come Monday.
