Having admin problems

Hi, to start off im a school kid using school laptop.
I have tried to download programs and other stuff onto my laptop but cannot install due to the admin crap.
It comes up with 'this program is blocked by group policy. for more informtion contact your system administrator'
i have tried command promt net localgroup Administrators <username> /add
but comes up with system error 5 Access denied
Anyone know how to bypass administrator privliges.
All i want to do is play lol during lunch and at home
Please dont leave comments saying how i shouldnt do this blahh blahh blahh

No, you can't bypass that block. And even if you could, it is against Forum rules to assist you with that.
