Hey all, so i've been getting these very rare situations where my PC would freeze for 3 seconds, black screens for 1 sec, and then goes back to normal as if nothing ever happened. Though upon checking the windows problems report, I see that the AMD driver is the culprit (need confirmation from pros), here's the log:

The issue never happens when im heavy gaming (even in cyberpunk-2077 ultra with RT on high @ 1440p + DLSS Quality), it mostly happens when im doing light stuff like browsing with chrome or scrolling on steam.
i never use the igpu for anything, so could it cause issues if it's not ever used? I dont have a second monitor either.

Any insight is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance

have you tried running DDU to remove the cpu's graphics drivers? thats the only thing i can think of
No i haven't, i saw some people on steam forums saying it shouldn't have an issue, though i dont often trust steam users with technical stuff that's why im here. It happens very rarely too like once a week so i wouldn't be able to see if the issue persists right away. Would love to see some feedback from people of more tech experiences than me before i do it

Update: just uninstalled the AMD driver with DDU, but then i just realized that i had my DP cable in the mobo gpu port instead of my rtx 4070 after cleaning around a month ago. oops. After returning the cable to the port where it belongs, i dont think the issue will come back. but will report nevertheless if the thread is still open

You are telling us that you were playing Cyberpunk 2077 at 1440p ultra RT with the integrated graphics? You had 10 fps or what?
