RAM:Corsair Vengeance RGB 32 GB (4 x 8 GB) DDR4 3000 MHz C16 XMP 2.0 Enthusiast RGB LED Illuminated Memory Kit - Black
Motherboard:ROG STRIX B350-F GAMING
CPU: r7 2700x

The system can run perfectly normal at 3000mhz with 1, 2 and 3 dimms installed. When it comes to running the 4th the computer fails to post and runs at the standard 2133mhz. I have tried to look into configuring the RAM timings so that they all run normally but can't seem to get the PC to post. D.O.C.P Doesn't work and trying to set the ram at 3000mhz without a D.O.C.P profile fails too.

I'ev been trying to find this, and here it is. This will shed some light on your issue.

As Crosslhs32x2 has said, Ryzen calc might help, but it's likely you won't get 4 dimms to run beyond 2667
