Question Having an issues with my windows

Hello community,

Recently got annoying issue with my PC, whenever I click it opens opera browser/microsoft edge browser tabs. When clicking anywhere it opens the browser and many many many tabs with "How to get help........." Something like this or "something about File Explorer in Windows". Installed and scanned my Pc with SuperAntispyware, found 427 infected files, removed them, restarted the system but it's the same. I am not having any recent installed apps or anything related to downloading/installing stuff.

Don't really want to reinstall my win.

At a minimum, I'd scan with some other tools....

Maybe Malwarebytes.

Maybe Emisoft Emergency Kit.

Thanks for your reply, i'll try with emisoft emergency kit as soon as I can. Yesterday tried with malwarebytes but nothing found.

Adwcleaner is probably better for this sort of thing, it may not actually be malware just junkware.

Boot into safe mode. Does it behave the same way?

When in safe mode run your tools again. Anything different?

Hello, sorry for late response, tried adwcleaner, got 4 infected, removed them(having only Log files ), restarted and I have got pop-up browsers again like before.

Now try hitmanpro (free version), it scans using multiple AV engines.

Installed, scanned and removed around 100+ files, but now again it starts with that pop-up tabs on microsoft edge/opera browser😵

Runned again, got 5 files, deleted them, opened my opera browser and again got the same thing.

That sounds pretty infected then. When you ran malwarebytes did you select all of these options?

Can you run and post a hijackthis log here? Do not place any checkmarks or click the fix button without directions as this tool can break stuff if you're not careful.

Tried twice and getting this error, clicked to scan it and save log file. After clicking OK it starts again to pop up,

P.S I am having a cheat for NBA 2k21 which is allowed by the antivirus, i didn't have any issues for 3 months but now the pc start doing that. Before it didn't have any problems.

I think it's probably a good idea to reformat and reinstall. Insert you Windows installation media and boot from it. If you need one you can create one from a USB using these instructions.

I do not really want to reinstall my win, I think it comes from the cheat which im using for the game. On windows antivirus it stating this as a Unwansom or something like that, but I been using it 3 months already without an issue but recently got this very very weird problem

Look in start up menu for anything you dont recognise.
Also look in add/remove for items you dont recognise , something might have got installed that you dont know about , as it is recent use the sort by date tab , next , somewhere on the add/remove page you will see programs and features , look at this as well because the add/remove layout in windows 10 does not always list everything you have installled.
Do you see any "wording" on the tabs as they all open up , it sounds to me like you might have got a rouge search engine that was installed when you downloaded something else so go into your bowser settings and look at extensions but more important have a look at how many search engines you have. The location of installed search engines varies with different browsers.

If you're coming up with so many hits on different anti-virus programs after 3 months of use you're computer is very likely infected with a much larger issue.

This is the most comprehensive breakdown to Uwasson I could find. Its malware that infects browser configurations and could very likely be the source of your issues. Like I said your PC is probably riddled with viruses, I would just nuke it and reinstall, don't take any chances.

Waiting for free license by support due to techincal issue by their side.(grindsoft app), I excluded the app from windows antivirus, plus contacted the sellers of that cheat to provide me with any fix if that's possible. Wondering for any app now which can remove everything of the pc or it's not that possible?

As you suggested reinstalling?

Up: My saved password from Opera browser disappeared after deleting all infected files from gridinsoft, as well cookies etc. only browser history isn't touched. Deleted the program and scanned again but this thing keep appearing and i do not know where actually to find it out and remove it.

If this thing keep continuing after removing infected files i will have to reinstall
