Question Having an odd problem with new system

Finished my first build and used my previous hdd for this one, the first time i booted it up after finishing it worked fine but i needed to move the PC to get Ethernet. moved the PC and after booting up got a bsod with the inaccessible boot device error and it looped. I tried a bunch of the fixes but got frustrated and decided to wipe the drive. after wiping the drive it tried to install windows but would get an error saying there was a problem and would then loop again, someone recommended i get new ram so i did but no luck there. any help is appreciated.

Specs:
Asus Tuf b450 micro atx board
Ryzen 5 3600
Sapphire rx 580 pulse
gamemax 650w psu
4 year old 2tb hdd
16gb Ram (2x8) T-force delta 3200mhz (should be compatible with my mobo)

Did you move closer to the ethernet with the power on?
I dont understand why they recommended ram, I would have said replace the drive.

Anwyas, can you connect the drive to another PC and link us to a CrystalDiskinfo screenshot of it?
