Last night I installed a CM 212 Plus cpu cooler into my pc. In doing so I had to remove my motherboard which I have never done before. after rearranging some case fans and re installing the MB with the new cooler i went to boot my computer. Now when I boot the PC it runs and works fine but during startup I get a lot of beeps and it says Case Has Been Opened...
Press Any Key To Continue in red letters. This is loud and annoying but I guess it does not make the computer dysfunctional but I'd love to have this not happen.

CPU - FX-4100
MotherBoard - MSI 760GM-P23 (My next planned Upgrade)
Memory - 16 GB Team 1333mhz
PSU - Antec NEOEco 620C 620w
Video Card - Radeon 6670 2gb
