Having Flickering/Unsharp graphics when i move the camera (or seeing something in the distance)

As the title says, i'm having issues (most noticablly with destiny 2 and playerunknown's battlegrounds) whenever i move my camera the graphics is all unsharp and lights flickering, i have maxed out my graphics in destiny 2.

My Specs:
CPU: Core I5 3470
RAM: 16GB
Graphics Card: AMD R9 270 Vapor-X 2GB OC
Monitor: Generic Samsung 18 inch monitor (i don't know the exact name but it supports upto 1366x768 resolution)

Can someone provide me with a solution? I have anti aliasing at max and all others too, so please tell me what else i can try. Thanks in advance

Look at the ground, it's awfull, i have it too in all games, bought new laptop, any fix please?

Isn't that normal? The "flickering" on the metal floor is due to aliasing issue.

nope it's not normal, and i made render scale to 200% later, and found out that it is much sharper and way less flickering to the point it's barely noticeable, but why does it flicker at 100% scale that is my question
