Having issues after adding a new monitor (different resolutions)

Hello,

I recently added a new monitor to my setup which is a different resolution than the others, and I am starting to have issues. I am looking for any advice on how to improve this situation.

What I have:
2x Sceptre 22" Monitors with resolution of 1680x1050
1x Asus ROG SWIFT PG279Q 27" with resolution of 2560x1440 (Gsync is enabled)
Nvidia GeForce 770

Issues:
After I wake up my screens by moving the mouse, I find that windows are moved halfway offscreen, or sometimes all the way off screen. Icons are re-arranged completely in all sorts of random orders.
Also - alt tabbing seems to take a very long time if I am running a game in full screen mode on my primary monitor.

Go into Safe mode and set the resolution where you want it and reboot...
