Question Having issues playing ranked matches

This is through steam been playing mk11 since launch with no problems suddenly haven't been able to play ranked matches its been a month with this issue I am able to play other games online with no problems I even did verify integrity of game twice didn't find any problems.

Do you get any pop-ups, windows, error messages, etc. when you cannot get into or otherwise play in a ranked match?

Nothing pops up no error messages it actually does connect to the servers but it doesn't connect me with no one.

Contact Steam.

It is their server and they should be able to determine why you are no longer getting in to play.
