This computer has played many games and now all of a sudden when I try to play any games it just keeps saying dx 11 required. Well I do have DirectX 11. My computer says it's on there and updated. Please help!!

Solution
The Geforce 200 series of card doesn't support DirectX 11, it is limited to DirectX 10
While you have the neccesary runtimes installed, your card can't use them.
You'll nead a Geforce 400 or Radeon HD 5000 series card or newer to utilize DirectX.

This is my info:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_ldr.170913-0600)

Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6400 @ 2.13GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.1GHz

DirectX Version: DirectX 11
DxDiag Notes
------------
Display Tab 1: No problems found.
Sound Tab 1: No sound card was found. If one is expected, you should install a sound driver provided by the hardware manufacturer.
Input Tab: No problems found.

Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTS 240
Manufacturer: NVIDIA
Chip type: GeForce GTS 240

If there is anything else you need please let me know. Really want to fix this issue! Thank you for your help!
