Problem:
So just recently, during the past week, I've been having major issues with my Ethernet connection to my computer. First of all, when I first start up the computer, I always get the Limited Connection error for about 30 seconds, then it disappears and it states that it is connected. After that, the connection will work but it cuts in and out, giving me multiple connection issues while browsing on Chrome. It will load one page then will stop loading and give me connection errors, then will cut back in later. It seems to be sporadic and, at first, could be solved with a simple restart. But then, if I restarted again it would come back. Then eventually go to Limited Connection and cut out completely. Now it's gotten to where it happens every boot. Also the Wi-Fi works perfectly fine. I've had Win 10 since back in July with no previous issues. Also I've noticed that my downloads have very inconsistent speeds. I used to get a solid 102mb/s when downloading from Steam, and now it spikes from the 40's to the 90's and changes drastically every second with no stability.
Solutions Attempted:
I found a guide to Win 10 connection issues on this forum and tried every "solution" given with no success. I've reinstalled drivers, re-set the PC, reinstalled Windows 10, release and renew the IP, uninstalling drivers and reinstalling, and disabled and enabled the adapter. I've also tried changing Ethernet cords and switching Ethernet ports on my router.
