Hello everyone,
I'm having a heck of a time. I built a new computer recently (I'll put specs at the bottom) and literally every game I play is stuck between 40-60 frames, and some games (like Fallout 4) even drop below that. This is at any graphics setting. I've uninstalled all drivers and reinstalled the latest ones, my temps on my GPU were getting sort of high (83C) but I fixed that by running the fan at higher speeds when it gets around 55-60, which brought my temps down, but didn't fix my issues. I think the issue be affecting how a game emulator (bizhawk) is running, as well.
Can anyone give me any insight or at least help me troubleshoot, maybe in a different way than I am? I should easily be able to run in high at 1080p, but it can't even do that without lagging.
