Having performance trouble with my r9 280x

Okay so i lately bought my r9 280x willing to get good fps in games, but it have disapointed me. I have latest driver from amd site. My fps rarely goes/stays over/at 60 when playing bf4 1920x1080 on ultra, and it pisses me off.
I have started to think that it must be something else wrong in my rig (bottlenecks) or software (drivers), here's the stats. Hope someone can help me out solving this

AMD FX6100 @ 4.1Ghz
8Gb of ram
Asus AMD R9 280x (gpu clock 1150 and memory 1700)
550w psu
Asus m5a78l-m/usb

Or am i completely wrong? isn't r9 280x capable of running bf4 in ultra?

If you are playing multi-player, you will see dips. You cpu may also be throtling.

Check temps, % usage and % core usage.

My temperatures run around 45-55, graphic card usage is is most of time around 45-70% and cpu is almost all time +85%, and gives alot spikes to around 100%
