Having problem connecting to Internet with Linksys Router

Hello,
I'm having problems with Linksys Wireless WT54G Router.

I'm having sporadic problem getting Internet Connection and when this happens, I have to disconnect the router for 5 seconds and plug it back on in order to get Internet access, what is the problem and how do I fix this problem?

The router may need resetting via the reset button (usually a pinhole on the same surface as the ethernet sockets).
