I haven't updated the bios yet after purchasing. So i build this new pc and now having some issues while turning on the pc. When i click on the start button my pc starts booting up and the delete button to go to bios message shows up but when it tries to show windows welcome it just seems to go to sleep. It says no input found display going to sleep. One time this mouse cursor showed up when i tried putting the monitor button on and off and changing the settings buttons. And when i click on restart button on my cpu it starts normally without and issues. So why it doesn't turn on properly at the first time. What could be the issue?!

Tomhawk max
Rtx 2060
Ssd 512gb
Psu 650w
Note: i didn't do any over locking. Only enabled xmp in bios.
