Hi I am doing oc to my CPU i7 920, I put bclk 160, and multiplier/ratio CPU 20, and memory ratio 8, vcore 125, according to the guide I need to lower the vtt until my system go unstable.. What that means?

The VTT is your MC (memory controller) voltage, you can try lowering it while maintaining stability to help keep heat down
