Having problems in connecting to this TP -LINK

Does anyone know how to connect TP-LINK TL-WR300KIT 300Mbps Wireless-N Starter Kit to the laptop. I have been suffering problems in connecting to the internet and making this router a hub for 2 more PC's.

I assume this is new and you have both the router and the USB stick? You should plug the USB stick into the laptop, install with the disc provided if not recognized immediately via windows update. This will give the laptop the ability to connect wirelessly. As for connecting the two, you should be able to use the installation disc. Otherwise, you should see a default IP address on the bottom of the router. If you plug into the device directly with an ethernet port, you should be able to connect to an admin panel with the IP on the bottom of the device for configuration (if you don't have the disc).
