Having problems installing graphic drivers

I recently cleared out my PC because my computer was running a little slow, but I accidentally deleted my Catalyst control center (By the way I have an AMD Radeon 6670 graphics card, I'm not real tech savvy but I thought I'd mention that just in case). So I un-installed the drivers I already had and downloaded them again. I got the drivers from AMD.com, but when I tried to install them everything was loading fine until it got to this bit right here http://imgur.com/NdubwYY
If you can please help soon, I don't want a couple hundred bucks spent for games on steam just go to waste. Thanks for taking time out of your day for reading this.

u r using "Windows Vista" 32 bit?

It's just telling you it's loading the Visual C to support the programming language the drivers are (at least partially) written with

Yes to Windows Vista, No to 32 bit its a 64 bit

try to install this......
if stil u get tat window......use window Update to update ur OS platform

That link you sent me was the same drivers I was using oh once again I'm not tech savvy not the slightest bit, want to tell me how to update my windows?
