Question Having problems intalling intel me

whenever i try to install intel me driver i get '"this setup program ended prematurely because of the following error this platform is not supported"

my motherboard is msi z270 gaming pro carbon
i have downloaded the driver from the site and i have the chipset driver installed correctly

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

What OS are you working with? BIOS version for your motherboard? Have you tried installing the driver in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator? Might want to see if the OS update finds anything along the lines of ME interface.

hi im using windows10, i have bios version American Megatrends Inc. 1.90, 03/07/2018, i have already had tryed one intel me version superior and it worked, even running admin dont install

Can try and use this, see if it gets a newer ME driver that works for you, but might well be with the older hardware that you are on latest supported version for your chipset.

Than likely you are on the latest for your chipset and are newer versions not for you.

but i unistall me driver to do a downgrade for my msi gaming app to start working.
i have installed live update from msi and it installed my me driver back again

Is anything you run busted without this new version?

I don't have any ME driver installed and I have not found anything that does not work.
