Having problems overclocking my cpu

Can someone help me please? I put my ryzen 3 1200 at 3.8GHz and use AIDA64 to verify the temperatures but in the CPU id section of AIDA64 it is saying that my cpu is only at 1546MHz and on cinebench it is saying that my cpu is at 3.8GHz but my score is very low
