[SOLVED] having problems updating windows 10 x64 1909 (OS Build 18363. 418) to Windows 10 x64 [ 1909 - OsVersion: 1863.1440].

Every time I try and update to 1440 I get
“We couldn’t complete the updates. Undoing changes. Don’t turn off your computer”
