Having problems with my r4350 graphics card

Hello,
I am Vincent, bought an r435oATI graphics card yesterday. Installed the drivers, all was fine until i started capturing. I received black and white pictures from my pinnacle studio 12plus movie box. Sound is ok! Help me, please!

Why is this in the Nvidia section?
Check what Color system it is using, it maybe a mismatch.
Nothing wrong with the card though.
B/W pictures captures happen when we use the wrong color systems or if theres a mismatch.
