Having problems with Secure Erase on my SSD.

Don't know if this is the best option I'm currently trying to use Samsung Magician to Secure erase my Samsung 840 SSD I plan on wiping this drive doing a fresh install of windows 7 and using it in a new computer build I'm making for my gf. The issue I'm having is I created the bootable Secure erase on a USB. I went into my bios and switched it USB to top priority. When I try to boot it just launches windows normally. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

No need to do a Secure Erase.

Just delete all the existing partitions during the new OS install.
