Question Having slow speeds only on PC

Getting slow speed on internet up/down (paid for 80/80). Using distributel, and doubt that any router/modem info is relevant since issue is isolated to this specific pc. Stuck on exteme low speeds (<1mbps/<1mbps)
Specs: Acer nitro 50 EB11 (i5 8400, 16gb ram, running tiny10, 1050 2gb, 1tb hdd).
Issue started a day or two ago while playing valorant, cannot seem to fix. please give suggestions on fixes.
Tried resetting router and modem and running a clean boot and the following cmds;
netsh int ip reset
netsh advfirewall reset
netsh winsock reset
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

Im unable to get ethernet so i am stuck to wifi. using intel wireless-ac 9560

If you think the issue is compounded to your system alone, first try and see if your prebuilt has any BIOS updates pending. Then try and uninstall your wireless adapter's drivers, then manually reinstall the latest driver in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

If you're using an aftermarket router, wouldn't hurt to see if that has any firmware updates pending.
