I bought a toshiba hdd 2 years ago used it as a main drive for OS first than as a backup later, today a warning poped up in my system saying that the harddisk is likely to fail.
I used CrystaldiskInfo to check the hdd status everything was in blue except i one part,

The Throughput Performance was in RED Current :35 Worst:35 Threshold:54

is there any to way fix it?

or will the hdd really die, if so how much time do i have?

Solution
if so how much time do i have?
That is unanswereble.

I have a 16TB Toshiba Enterprise drive.
7 months old, April 2021.

Last week, if you had asked me how long I'd expect it to last, I might have said 5-10 years.
1 week later...."Its warranty replacement from Toshiba is already in the mail."
Bad sector count went from 623 on Friday, to 750+ on Saturday, to 14,000+ on Sunday.

Your drive looks to be not healthy.
Plan accordingly.
HDD can die at any time, you may want to start backing up data from it. I wouldn't wait any longer given Crystal disk warned you.

Replacement is the cheaper option.
"Fixing" it might cost you more, you'd send that to a data recovery center and they'll assess which part is broken and cannibalize that part from a donor drive.

Have you tried reseating the cables? If not, turn your computer off, pull out and put in the SATA connector on both the motherboard and at the hard disk. Boot up and test with CDI and see if anything has changed. Posting the CDI screenshots may be helpful.

Solution
First things first: Assume that your HDD is dying and could go any moment. Back up any data you don't want to lose ASAP - the most vital ones first. Until you're ready to do that, stop using the HDD.

Simply put, the HDD is having a hard time processing and passing on data. It's hard to determine why or when it's going to stop completely. There's no CRC error or bad sectors.

The power on hours count is very high for two years of use, more than that for five years of use for many home users.
