Having some possible GPU problems.

I have a custom built rig with an EVGA GTX 660 card, 8gb of RAM and a 750w PSU. I have been running to an error that claims my GPU has stopped responding and has recovered. This happens almost exclusively upon exiting a video game. Some loading screens also cause it to run into this problem. I was wondering if there was a way I could definitively identify the source of the problem, so that I may replace the faulty part.

Try using DDU to uninstall your current graphics drivers and download the latest one from Nvidia. Also, if you're overclocked, take that off and try it
