Having Strange Graphical Errors With Certain Games

I'm currently running a 3 monitor setup at 5960x1080 with bezel correction on my EVGA GTX 680. I noticed that in the menus of Battlefield 3 my cursor is off to the right. For example [Yes] [No] I would have to click no to press the yes button.

Another error is in Borderlands 1 and 2 where certain, but not all, menus are way too tall. It seems like it's trying to imitate the 16:9 screen ratio rather then my actual 149 : 27. Any help would be great

Hmm, have you gone into Nvidia control panel to configure your settings?

Yes, that's what I used to enable Nvidia Surround

hmm very odd. I'm not terribly familiar with the setup but is there anything within the setup of 3d surround to fix a ratio? Perhaps through the Adjust Desktop size and position section?
