[SOLVED] Having strange issue with my cpu

Hello, my cpu always runs at full clock speed while in safe mode but all fine in normal mode is this something hardware related problem or normal thing. im not an pc expert pls somebody clarify me im very nervous right now? Tnks in advance!

Safe mode should only be used when diagnosing/fixing issues. As long as your temps are fine at the full clock speed there's nothing to worry about.

Temperature seems ok 35 to 40, But why the cpu clock speed locked at full speed in safe mode when services and programe using o% cpu utilization

Advanced power management features are disabled in Safe Mode. This is normal behavior.

Lol becoz of this just updated bios to the latest version thought bios may be the reason and tested another cpu in safe mode for confirmation ended with same reresult, so its normal behavior. Btw thank q very much to sort this out n clearing my confusion!
