[SOLVED] Having sudden FPS drops during gaming but cannot figure out why

I have noticed regular frame rate drops in multiple games including: Destiny 2, Cyberpunk 2077, and Titanfall 2. I have run MSI Afterburner and RivaTuner; which have shown that Titanfall 2 will be running at a base 60 FPS but will suddenly drop down into the 20's for a moment. I captured video from that test I can share where the CPU usage % is pulling ahead of the GPU during those same moments by 20 or more percent. Once the FPS equalizes again so does the CPU and GPU usage. So far I have tried using Geforce to optimize the games, lowered and raised graphic settings, tried different platforms and programs, and set v-sync to both on and off. Not sure what else to try. I have the dxdiag breakdown for my build I can provide as well as the video from the test I did if that will help anyone figure out what it is causing this.

GPU: Geforce 1660Ti
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
Memory: 32768MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 32706MB RAM
Monitor: Sceptre C27, 75hz refresh rate

Solution
If this happens when there's a lot going on in the game, then the system is hitting a CPU bottleneck condition. The i7-6700 isn't exactly a strong CPU these days.
