Question Having to hold reset button in order to turn on PC

Hey guys. Recently my PC started acting weird. Whenevrr I press the power button the lights (PC rgb, nzxt light, mouse light BUT NO keyboard) turn on but the display never turns on until I hold the reset (restart button in the PC case) button for about 10 second till the motherboard bios or whatever that light is called blink and turn off, then when let go off the reset button, boom PC turns on. Any idea why is this happening? My PC always turned on normally but then this start to happen. Specially when I turn off the main socket and turn it on again.

I'm using ThermalTake versa c23 case.
MSI 370z gaming pro carbon motherboard.
