I recently bought redragon k551 (https://www.amazon.de/-/en/gp/product/B07CMMR7ZZ?ref=ppx_pt2_dt_b_prod_image&th=1) and after 1 hour of using it suddenly stopped working. I tryied updating drivers which i got replied they are already up to date and tryied switching between usb ports and the keyboard didn't reacted to any. Though for some reason after some time it just started working again and as well stopped working again after some time being used. When the keyboard was working i tryied switching it to other usb port's which was working and also tryied moving the cable in different directions which it still was working. I also tryied plugging it into different pc when it was not working and no response though when i plugged my old keyboard it was working just fine . Might be the cable somewhat damaged even though it's brand new?
