having trouble connecting to steam game servers

i cant connect to steam game servers like the servers used for black ops 3, black ops 2.
i can connect to golf with friends game servers but i get kicked from the servers after some time.
if i connect to an vpn everything works fine.
ive tried port forwarding, taking of my firewall etc.
i called my isp and told them my problem but they said they couldnt do anything and it must be my pc even though if i go to a friends house and connect to there internet it works fine.
im wired into my router.

it could be that windows firewall blocking it. try to disable windows firewall to see if that help.
Control Panel > Windows Firewall > Turn Windows firewall on or off > turn off all 3 options.

nothing worked and its not connecting to steam that is my problem its connecting to game server like the call of duty black ops 3 server, i just get a stupid error message but works fine on vpn..

Then try any VPNs like:

1. TunnelBear

2. Windscribe

3. Hotspot Shield Free

4. PrivateTunnel

5. FreeLAN

i clearly said that it works fine if i go on vpn but my connection is shit then and i cant play online then
