Having Trouble Getting My New Build To Work

So I originally started this build out awhile back but I lost the time (and didn't have the money to finish it) and I finally got both back so I'm trying once again. The current problem I'm running into is that whenever I turn the build on, it beeps four times (Which I know is supposedly a system timer failure which I've tried multiple things to repair ranging from moving my RAM around to resetting the CMOS which I believe I did correctly. The motherboard by the way is a ASUS P8H67-V). Either way it fails to works correctly and I'm in a bit of a pickle in what to do next. I'd be heartbroken to have to order /another/ replacement motherboard but I'm fairly sure I won't have to. The full system build'll be below.

CPU: Intel i5-3550
GPU: GTX 660 Ti
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1 TB
MOBO: ASUS P8H67-V
PSU: EVGA Nex650 Gold

Any help I can get at all involving this would be great. And yes, I have gone through you guys' guide regarding failure to post, and most everything is just leading me back to the 4 beeps. Oh, and the MemOK! LED for the RAM consistently lights up each time the build turns on and off. At first I thought that was the issue but I've tried pressing the respective button twice now and it still fails to display anything if it's displaying anything at all. (Using an HDMI output from the GPU into my TV by the way.)

Woops, knew I was forgetting something. It's a 4x2 GB 1600 Mhz G.Skill Ripjaws set. Bought it awhile ago before I had everything else.

I'm so sorry if this is against the forum's policy to reply this late to something but I was indisposed for a month due to personal reasons. The specific model number on the RAM is F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL. Thank you for assisting me.
