Question Having trouble getting new ryzen 5 2400g build to post

Having trouble getting new ryzen build to post. (5 2400g)

So I'm having an issue with this new pc I built, I'm getting power, fans spin case lights come on but I get no video output to the monitor hooked up via HDMI directly to the mobo. The PC starts up with the power button fine but I have to kill the power from the PSU switch to turn it off.

My build is as follows,
GIGABYTE B450 I AORUS PRO WIFI AM4 AMD B450 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 HDMI Mini ITX AMD Motherboard

AMD RYZEN 5 2400G Quad-Core 3.6 GHz (3.9 GHz Turbo) Socket AM4 65W YD2400C5FBBOX Desktop Processor

G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Desktop Memory Model F4-3200C16D-16GVGB

SAMSUNG 860 EVO Series 2.5" 250GB SATA III 3D NAND Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) MZ-76E250B/AM

CORSAIR CX-M Series CX450 450W 80 PLUS BRONZE Haswell Ready ATX12V & EPS12V Semi-modular Power Supply

I've tried using both ram sticks separately in each configuration, resetting the cmos, I took everything apart and reassembled it just to be sure I didn't miss anything but nothing changed.

I can provide pictures of anything if need be, thanks in advance for the help.

I assumed you have checked the input setting on the monitor. Just in case if you forgot like me.
Which monitor are you using?

the monitor is a samsung s24e650pl I know it works, im using it as a second screen for my laptop right now with the same HDMI cable.
